Requirements
- Requires a bachelor's degree in engineering from an ABET-accredited school and six years of progressive technical experience in research, engineering, and design, or an equivalent education-and-experience combination. Preferred qualifications include broad knowledge of ship specifications and detail design, strong communication and leadership experience, familiarity with EVMS, and experience developing plans, budgets, estimates, processes, and schedules.
