Requirements
- Requires 10â15+ years of complex digital product design experience, including interaction design, and 5+ years using data and user research to guide design; 3â10+ years of collaboration with or management of content strategy workflows is also specified. Candidates should demonstrate systems and lateral thinking, accessibility knowledge including WCAG, adaptability to feedback, and familiarity with front-end technologies; financial services experience is preferred.
