Requirements
- Candidates should have a strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality digital product UI and visual design, excellent visual craft, and experience turning research into compelling product experiences. They should also be confident presenting to senior stakeholders, adaptable to changing priorities, and effective in complex, multidisciplinary organisations; experience with younger audiences, families, financial services, or AI-enabled design workflows is desirable.
