Responsibilities
- Set cross-domain experience direction and long-term strategy, identify systemic opportunities, and establish principles that align senior Product and Engineering leaders. Elevate design quality and shared standards, use research and analytics to guide measurable investments, partner on scalable and AI-enabled experiences, and lead initiatives that strengthen design practices across teams.
Requirements
- Requires 8 or more years of experience designing large-scale digital products and experience shaping cross-domain design strategy. Candidates should demonstrate strong systems thinking and strategic judgment, the ability to influence senior stakeholders, and a portfolio showing craft excellence and strategic impact.
