Motion Graphic Designer (28-32 uur)

You will translate briefings into effective visual designs for social media, campaigns, and corporate materials while managing the brand's visual identity. Additionally, you will create motion graphics and animations while supporting colleagues with templates and digital assets to ensure brand consistency.

Responsibilities

• Translate briefs into effective designs for social assets, explainers, videos, presentations, reports and advertisements
• Create motion graphics, animations and dynamic content for various platforms, optimizing for different screen sizes and requirements
• Contribute to the development of brand guidelines, design systems and visual standards, supporting colleagues in consistent brand application
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, monitor planning, quality and deadlines, and facilitate clear communication with internal stakeholders
• Prepare files for production and coordinate with suppliers as needed
• Identify and implement improvements in design workflows, processes and templates, experimenting with new tools and techniques
• Share knowledge about motion and graphic design with the team to raise overall content quality

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication or related field
• Proven experience in graphic design and motion design with a strong portfolio
• Excellent mastery of Adobe After Effects and the Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
• Knowledge of Blender, Figma, Canva and PowerPoint is a plus
• Strong eye for typography, composition, colour, visual hierarchy and brand identity
• Precise, collaborative, service‑oriented and able to prioritize under deadlines
• Fluent in Dutch and good command of English (written and spoken)
