Lead and coordinate design throughout the project lifecycle, managing deliverables, assurance, progress, risks, and interfaces with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams. Support tender and project delivery through safe, practical, economical designs, team leadership, design reviews, and compliance with company procedures and applicable standards.

Requirements
- Requires proven construction-industry experience as a Design Manager and a degree or equivalent qualification in architecture, engineering, construction management, or a related discipline. Candidates should have experience managing multidisciplinary design teams, strong knowledge of construction methods and regulations, and excellent programme coordination, communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills; professional membership and BIM knowledge are desirable.
