Lead design management across complex construction projects from pre-construction through completion, ensuring designs are safe, compliant, buildable, sustainable, and commercially effective. Manage design processes, deliverables, assurance, progress reporting, consultant interfaces, team performance, and tender-stage design while identifying and mitigating risks.

Requirements
- Requires significant experience as a Design Manager or Senior Design Manager delivering major industrial, logistics, or commercial construction projects, with strong knowledge of design management across RIBA stages, UK regulations, BIM, and multidisciplinary coordination. Candidates should also demonstrate commercial awareness, leadership, communication, organisation, problem-solving, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and common construction management software; CIOB or ICE membership is desirable.
