Collaborate with developers, stakeholders, and other team members to research user needs, create user-centered product experiences, and develop wireframes and interactive prototypes. Conduct usability tests and analyze user behavior and feedback to refine designs and improve product usability.
Responsibilities
- Manage design processes and collaborate with developers, stakeholders and other participants to create user‑centered solutions
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative user research using interviews, surveys and data analysis
- Create personas and customer journeys to guide design decisions
- Develop wireframes and interactive prototypes and test them with users
- Plan and run usability tests, analyse results and iterate designs
- Design product UI and overall user experience, ensuring visual appeal and usability
- Create prototypes and visual designs that communicate product look and functionality
- Track user interaction with the product, analyse behavior and continuously improve the design
- Communicate design concepts clearly, lead stakeholder discussions and advocate for user‑focused solutions
Requirements
- Enthusiasm for design and technology
- Ability to work in a team and celebrate successes together
- Experience with agile methods such as Scrum or Kanban
- Strong communication of design ideas and ability to convince stakeholders
- Self‑initiative, creative problem solving and pragmatic approach
- Good sense of user needs and ability to design impactful solutions
