Lead architectural and interior design from concept through construction for large-scale hospitality and leisure projects, managing multidisciplinary teams, consultants, schedules, budgets, and design quality. Coordinate with stakeholders, brand operators, authorities, and construction teams to maintain design intent, meet regulatory and brand requirements, and resolve design issues.
Requirements
- Requires a bachelor's or master's degree in architecture, interior design, or a related field, with 20+ years of relevant experience and at least five years in a leadership role. Candidates should have delivered large-scale hospitality or leisure projects, demonstrate strong design and project management capabilities, be proficient with tools such as AutoCAD and Revit/BIM, and have KSA or GCC experience.
