Requirements
- Candidates need experience as a Design Manager or Technical Design Manager on a complex construction project, with strong multidisciplinary coordination experience, ideally involving MEP or building services. They should be confident managing design reviews, technical queries, changes, and team interfaces, and communicate clearly with designers and site-based delivery teams; data centre or other technically complex project experience is relevant.
