Requirements
- Requires prior experience in design management or a similar project delivery role, a degree in engineering, architecture, or a related technical discipline, and experience with multidisciplinary teams on complex engineering projects. Candidates should have strong coordination, communication, stakeholder, governance, and commercial skills, with knowledge of RIBA preconstruction stages 0â5 or an equivalent framework; professional accreditation and data centre or infrastructure experience are advantageous.
