Organizational Development & Design Manager (m/f/d)

Lead the design and ongoing refinement of organizational structures, roles, governance, and future-state processes in alignment with the Target Operating Model. Drive its implementation through stakeholder engagement and change management, advise leaders, facilitate organizational development initiatives, and measure their impact using KPIs.

Requirements

• Candidates should have strong organizational development experience, ideally in complex matrix organizations, with in-depth expertise in Target Operating Models, change management, and organizational transformation. Excellent communication and facilitation skills, strategic thinking, initiative, and the ability to influence complex stakeholder groups are required; renewable energy or distribution experience is a plus, as is German alongside required English fluency.
