Digital Solutions UI/UX Designer

Lead end-to-end UX and UI design for enterprise digital products, including user research, information architecture, wireframes, and interactive prototypes, while ensuring alignment with brand, accessibility, and business requirements. Maintain the shared design system, collaborate with business analysts and developers to deliver feasible designs, and review launched features for design quality and consistency.

Responsibilities

• Lead UX/UI design for new and existing digital products, aligning outcomes with brand standards and accessibility
• Conduct user research including interviews, surveys and usability testing, translating findings into actionable designs
• Produce design artefacts such as wireframes, user flows, IA diagrams and high‑fidelity interactive prototypes
• Collaborate with business analysts and development teams to ensure design feasibility and accurate implementation
• Maintain and evolve the corporate design system and component library for consistency and reusability
• Perform design reviews and quality checks on released features to ensure compliance with standards

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Interaction Design, Visual Design, Computer Science or related field; HCI or UI/UX certification preferred
• 3–5 years of full‑time UI/UX or product design experience, preferably with enterprise web and mobile applications
• Proficiency with mainstream design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch and Adobe XD
• Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript to assess design feasibility
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams
• Familiarity with usability principles, common design standards and WCAG accessibility guidelines
• Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese communication skills
