Senior Product Designer

Design and evolve complex workflows, interactions, and interfaces for a B2B e-commerce product, leading design work from problem discovery through implementation and iteration. Validate solutions using research, usability testing, data, and domain knowledge, while collaborating with product, development, research, and business stakeholders and maintaining quality, accessibility, and design-system consistency.
Responsibilities
- Design and evolve complex processes, interactions and interfaces for a B2B e‑commerce product
- Lead design topics from problem understanding through exploration, implementation and iteration
- Analyse problems, explore solution directions and evaluate trade‑offs
- Leverage research, usability testing, data and domain knowledge to validate designs
- Collaborate with UX Researchers on discovery activities
- Work closely with Product Owner, development team and business stakeholders throughout the lifecycle
- Present and defend design decisions and co‑create solutions with the product team
- Maintain high quality, accessibility, design‑system compliance and post‑launch quality
- Share knowledge and best practices within the Product Design team
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience designing digital products, leading complex design initiatives independently
- Experience with B2B, enterprise or platform products, especially across multiple markets
- Strong interaction design and visual design skills
- Hands‑on experience with discovery, user research and usability testing
- Ability to make design decisions in a highly dependent environment and clearly justify them
- Proficiency with Design Systems and contributing to their evolution
- Knowledge of digital accessibility standards and their practical application
- Fluent Polish and English
