Senior UX Researcher & Product Designer (m/w/d)

Partner with product managers to research user needs and turn findings into product concepts and designs for Sanacorp's digital products. Shape coherent experiences across the portfolio, including information architecture, user roles, permissions, usage contexts, and cross-product user journeys.

Responsibilities

• Partner with product managers to define and solve complex use cases
• Develop deep understanding of diverse user groups from pharmacy staff to patients
• Translate research insights into persuasive digital product experiences
• Design individual screens and overarching structures such as role models, information architectures and permission logic
• Ensure digital solutions are understandable, relevant and efficient both in isolation and together
• Collaborate closely with product management and development teams

Requirements

• Several years of experience in UX, Product, Service or Experience Design, preferably in a senior role
• Proven ability to plan, conduct and analyse UX research
• Ability to turn research findings into concrete product concepts and designs
• Experience with complex digital products, platforms or ecosystems
• Knowledge of B2B applications and multiple user roles is a plus
• Strong skills in Information Architecture, Interaction Design, User Flows, Wireframing, Prototyping and Usability Testing
• Experience creating Personas, Role Models and Customer Journeys
• Understanding of personalization, permission structures and role‑based access
• Proficiency with Figma, Miro, Jira and preferably Confluence
• Ability to think in Epics, Features, User Stories and Acceptance Criteria
• Experience in agile product development and collaboration with product and engineering teams
• Portfolio demonstrating research competence and complex digital product design
• Fluent German and good English
