Own product design for roadmap features from discovery through high-fidelity designs and production-ready specifications, including end-to-end user flows and interactive prototypes in Figma. Partner with product managers, engineers, and designers across Client Experience and Creator Experience, evolve the design system, participate in design reviews, and conduct lightweight usability testing.
Responsibilities
- Own product design for roadmap features from discovery through high-fidelity designs and production-ready specifications, including end-to-end user flows and interactive prototypes in Figma. Partner with product managers, engineers, and designers across Client Experience and Creator Experience, evolve the design system, participate in design reviews, and conduct lightweight usability testing.
Requirements
- Requires 5+ years of product design experience, including experience designing complex B2B SaaS products and a portfolio focused on workflow-heavy products. Candidates should have strong interaction and visual design skills, experience with design systems, usability testing, engineering handoffs, and independent work in remote teams; marketplace, creator economy, advertising, and AI experience are advantageous.
