Lead visual design projects for HEYTEA’s North American market, from concept and creative direction through final execution across product launches, packaging, campaigns, in-store materials, and other brand touchpoints. Independently manage projects and timelines while collaborating with internal teams and external creative partners to extend brand concepts across formats and channels.

- Lead visual design projects for HEYTEA’s North American market, from concept and creative direction through final execution across product launches, packaging, campaigns, in-store materials, and other brand touchpoints. Independently manage projects and timelines while collaborating with internal teams and external creative partners to extend brand concepts across formats and channels.
Requirements
- Candidates should have 3–5+ years of brand, visual, or graphic design experience, preferably in consumer-facing industries, and a proven ability to own projects from concept to execution; experience building a brand identity from 0 to 1 is highly preferred. A bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field is preferred, along with strong visual fundamentals, current New York residence, U.S. work authorization, and fluency in Chinese and English.
