Requirements
- Candidates should have 5 to 10 years of design experience, including experience leading designers or projects, mastery of Adobe Creative Suite and Figma, and a strong portfolio across brand, digital, and systems work. Clear written and spoken English and a reliable remote-work setup are required; experience building a design function and some US time-zone overlap are preferred.
