- Lead UX research, analysis, and design for federal websites and applications, including evaluating existing systems and developing intuitive, accessible solutions. Manage multiple design projects from discovery and wireframes through high-fidelity mockups and delivery, while collaborating with clients and engineers and mentoring junior designers.
Requirements
- Requires a bachelor's degree, the ability to obtain a Public Trust, and 10 or more years of combined professional design experience, supported by a strong portfolio of research-driven responsive web and mobile work. Candidates should have expertise in UX research and user-centered design, accessibility and USWDS standards, the website development lifecycle, advanced design software and coding knowledge, and the ability to lead projects independently and collaboratively.
