Senior UI/UX Designer II

Lead UX research, analysis, and design for websites and applications, including evaluating existing systems and creating wireframes, storyboards, site maps, and high-fidelity mockups. Collaborate with federal clients and engineering teams to deliver accessible, intuitive solutions, manage multiple projects, and develop scalable design resources while mentoring junior designers.
Responsibilities
- Lead UX research, analysis, and design for websites and applications, including evaluating existing systems and creating wireframes, storyboards, site maps, and high-fidelity mockups. Collaborate with federal clients and engineering teams to deliver accessible, intuitive solutions, manage multiple projects, and develop scalable design resources while mentoring junior designers.
Requirements
- Requires a bachelor's degree, the ability to obtain a Public Trust, and 10 or more years of professional design experience, with a strong portfolio demonstrating research-driven responsive web and mobile design. Candidates should have advanced expertise in UX research and design methods, accessibility standards, the website development lifecycle, HTML/CSS/JavaScript, and Adobe creative tools.
