UX Researcher II

Independently plan and conduct mixed-methods research, managing study logistics, participant recruitment, analysis, and synthesis from start to finish. Present actionable findings and recommendations to product and design partners, maintain reusable research insights, and use AI tools to accelerate analysis.

Responsibilities

• Independently plan and conduct mixed-methods research, managing study logistics, participant recruitment, analysis, and synthesis from start to finish. Present actionable findings and recommendations to product and design partners, maintain reusable research insights, and use AI tools to accelerate analysis.

Requirements

• Requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant field and typically 2–4 years of applied UX research experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience; a master's degree is preferred. Candidates should be proficient in qualitative and quantitative research methods, able to manage projects independently, and skilled at communicating findings, developing journey maps and personas, and using AI tools for research synthesis.
