Lead product discovery by understanding user, business, and technical needs, mapping journeys and processes, and validating hypotheses. Design and document implementable product experiences, use AI to accelerate design and discovery work, and collaborate with engineering through implementation and measurement.
Responsibilities
- Conduct discovery for new features, mapping user journeys, processes and opportunities
- Interview users, stakeholders and internal teams to deeply understand problems
- Define hypotheses and rapid validation methods
- Create information architecture, flow diagrams, interaction rules and wireframes
- Prototype solutions and validate before visual design
- Design high‑quality UI using the design system and reusable components
- Prepare clear specifications and handoff assets to engineering
- Monitor implementation to ensure design intent is preserved
- Leverage AI tools to generate interfaces, explore layout variations, produce documentation and accelerate handoff
- Continuously measure speed from problem identification to validated solution and iterate on the process
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of product design experience
- Strong portfolio showing end‑to‑end design ownership
- Proficiency with Figma and design systems
- Experience conducting user research and discovery workshops
- Ability to map journeys, processes and pain points
- Skill in creating wireframes, prototypes and interaction flows
- Experience translating validated concepts into production‑ready UI
- Hands‑on experience with AI tools for interface generation, layout variation, documentation and handoff
- Ability to work closely with engineering and communicate design intent clearly
- Excellent problem‑solving, systemic thinking and communication skills
