- Own an AI-focused research roadmap and lead foundational and evaluative mixed-methods research for identity, security, AI, and enterprise products. Apply AI tools and agentic workflows to scale research operations, align cross-functional stakeholders, build customer empathy, and communicate actionable insights.
Requirements
- Requires 7+ years of hands-on UX research experience in complex B2B, developer, or enterprise software, with strong qualitative and quantitative research expertise and experience using AI tools in research workflows. Candidates should have experience with technical audiences, strategic problem-solving, cross-functional communication, and mentorship; a masterâs or Ph.D. in a relevant field or equivalent industry experience is specified.
