Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end product design, from research and problem definition through prototyping, launch, and iteration, simplifying complex marketplace workflows for members and hosts. Partner across product, engineering, marketing, operations, data, and AI teams to shape strategy, validate solutions with research and experiments, and deliver polished, accessible experiences, including AI-powered features.
Requirements
- Requires at least four years of experience designing and shipping digital products, strong UX and user-research skills, and experience with complex workflows, marketplace dynamics, and business metrics. Candidates should be proficient in Figma and interaction design, understand experimentation and qualitative and quantitative insights, and have experience designing AI-powered features.
