UX Designer

Conduct user research and create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile products. Collaborate with product managers and developers to define user flows, iterate on designs using feedback, ensure accessibility and brand consistency, and maintain design assets for development handoffs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high‑fidelity mockups for web and mobile platforms
• Collaborate with product managers and developers to define user flows and interaction patterns
• Iterate designs based on stakeholder feedback, testing results, and evolving goals
• Ensure designs adhere to accessibility standards and brand guidelines
• Stay updated on industry trends, tools and best practices
• Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback
• Document design processes and maintain organized assets for handoffs

Requirements

• Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
• Experience with user‑centered design methodologies and UX best practices
• Strong portfolio showcasing end‑to‑end UX design projects
• Ability to translate research insights and user feedback into design solutions
• Excellent collaboration skills in remote team settings
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices
• Experience working in fast‑paced environments with multiple projects (preferred)
