Create brand identities, campaign concepts, social and advertising creatives, product visuals, motion graphics, and other marketing materials. Lead and mentor a small creative team, review design and video work, present concepts to clients, and manage project tasks and deadlines.

Requirements

• Requires at least four years of professional design experience, substantial agency experience, and demonstrated responsibility for leading or mentoring creative team members. Candidates should have a strong portfolio, advanced Photoshop and Illustrator skills, practical After Effects ability, video-review skills, hands-on AI tool experience, and clear English communication; 3D visualization is an advantage.
