UX Designer

Conduct user research and design clear, accessible workflows and AI-enabled experiences, including explanations, human review, exception handling, and feedback paths. Collaborate with product, business, engineering, and quality teams to test, launch, measure, and improve solutions while maintaining reusable AI interaction patterns and design system assets.

Requirements
- Requires a bachelorâs degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent practical experience, at least five years of progressive UX, product design, service design, or user research experience, and a portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design work on complex digital products. Candidates should be proficient with Figma or comparable tools and experienced with complex workflows, data-rich interfaces, accessibility, and evidence-based design; AI experience and financial services experience are preferred.
