Senior Product Designer (Mid-Senior)

Lead end-to-end product design, from user research and discovery through interaction flows, high-fidelity interfaces, and prototypes, translating user insights and product goals into intuitive, accessible experiences. Partner with product and engineering teams to validate concepts, deliver designs, evolve scalable design systems, and advocate for user needs throughout development.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end product design, from user research and discovery through interaction flows, high-fidelity interfaces, and prototypes, translating user insights and product goals into intuitive, accessible experiences. Partner with product and engineering teams to validate concepts, deliver designs, evolve scalable design systems, and advocate for user needs throughout development.
Requirements
- Requires at least five years of product, UX/UI, or similar software design experience, a strong portfolio, and proficiency with modern design and prototyping tools. Candidates should have experience in user research and usability testing, working with engineers, maintaining design systems, responsive and mobile design, and familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript; code prototyping and relevant industrial-sector experience are preferred.
