- Requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant design field and five years of progressive product or UX design experience, or a master's degree and four years of experience. Candidates need experience leading complex or regulated product design, developing designers, using Figma and AI design tools, delivering data-heavy experiences, and communicating with senior stakeholders.
