Manage day-to-day client communication, collaborate with multidisciplinary Agile teams, mentor junior designers, and contribute to proposals, business development, and design capability building.
Requirements
- Requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant design field and three years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience, or a master's degree and two years of experience, plus a portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design. Candidates need advanced Figma skills, regular use of LLMs and AI-assisted design tools, experience with complex products and Agile delivery, strong communication and presentation skills, and willingness to travel domestically and regionally up to 80%.
