Evaluate UI designs, layouts, typography, and visual hierarchy, and document design decisions with clear rationales. Develop and maintain design systems and component libraries, create responsive Figma mockups and prototypes, and provide accessible, usable design recommendations.

Requirements
- Requires at least 3 years of UI, visual, or product design experience, with strong Figma and design-system expertise. Candidates should have excellent visual design, analytical, and written communication skills.
