Requirements
- Requires at least four years of UX, product, or digital design experience, including one to two years of direct design-system experience and advanced Figma skills. Candidates should have strong component architecture, documentation, accessibility, and responsive-design knowledge, plus experience collaborating with front-end engineers; a portfolio demonstrating design-system work is required.
