Lead Product Designer, Design Systems

Lead the creation and evolution of Salesforce’s AI-first design system, tools, and visual language, documenting standards that support consistent, accessible experiences across products. Collaborate with product, design, research, writing, and engineering teams to integrate the system into workflows, validate decisions with users, and mentor junior designers.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Requires a bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or equivalent practical experience, plus 7 or more years of product design experience focused on design systems and UX/UI. Candidates should demonstrate strong visual, interaction, and AI-pattern design skills, be comfortable working in both code and Figma, and provide a portfolio showcasing relevant work.
