- Lead end-to-end design for Weave Analytics, turning complex data and business workflows into intuitive, actionable experiences across dashboards, reports, and product surfaces. Shape product strategy and scalable design patterns, conduct customer research, evaluate outcomes using analytics and feedback, and partner with Product and Engineering to deliver high-quality experiences.
Requirements
- Requires 10â15 years of product or UX design experience, including shipping data-intensive products and designing dashboards, reporting, visualizations, and advanced analytical workflows. Candidates should bring strong design craft and product thinking, hands-on Figma and research experience, familiarity with product analytics tools, and the ability to collaborate across teams while balancing customer, business, technical, and scalability needs.
