- Lead and develop the Design team while overseeing residential projects from sales handoff through design, estimating, documentation, and transition to construction. Improve department processes and performance, protect the client experience, align designs with budgets and buildability, and support the companyâs growth.
Requirements
- The role calls for an experienced residential designer with experience leading or mentoring designers; high-end remodeling, custom homes, interior design, architecture, or residential design-build experience is strongly preferred. Familiarity with Chief Architect or similar residential design software, construction-management platforms, and residential construction is valuable, along with the ability to coach staff, manage accountability, and improve processes.
