Manage the mechanical design function and lead a team of five engineers, splitting time between team leadership and hands-on design engineering. Requirements
- Applicants must have experience as a mechanical engineering design or drawing office manager, or be a highly experienced mechanical design engineer ready to move into management. A minimum HNC-level mechanical engineering qualification and experience with special purpose machinery are required; packaging machinery experience is preferred, along with SolidWorks and/or AutoCAD skills.
