Senior Product Designer

Lead product design across web and mobile, from user research and problem definition through user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, polished interfaces, delivery, and ongoing improvement. Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and stakeholders to balance user, business, and technical needs, contribute to a consistent design system, and support related digital, marketing, and sales work.

Requirements
- Requires 5+ years of experience in Product Design, UX/UI, or a related field, a portfolio demonstrating effective digital product work, strong UX and visual design skills, and proficiency in Figma and design deliverables such as flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs. Candidates should have experience collaborating with developers and stakeholders, balancing user, business, and technical considerations, managing priorities independently, and hold full Australian working rights; mobile app and broader graphic or digital design experience are advantageous.
