The Product Designer will manage the end-to-end design process, from problem discovery and user research to prototyping and final delivery. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to evolve digital products while ensuring consistent user experiences through design systems and data-backed decisions.
Responsibilities
- Own the end‑to‑end Product Design process, from problem understanding to solution delivery
- Simplify complex flows and improve the Title Express experience
- Maintain frequent contact with stakeholders to gather business needs and constraints
- Collaborate with Product Managers, developers, Business Analysts and other partners
- Create user flows, wireframes, and prototypes of varying fidelity and final UI designs
- Ensure consistent UX and UI across structure, usability and visual layers
- Leverage data, research and user feedback to uncover opportunities and inform design decisions
- Plan and conduct usability testing, A/B testing and other validation methods, iterating based on results
- Document flows, behaviors, specifications and other details required for development
- Work within existing Design Systems and guidelines to maintain visual and experiential consistency
- Identify product experience improvement opportunities and propose aligned solutions
- Promote design best practices and strengthen Design and Product Thinking culture within the team
Requirements
- Intermediate to advanced English proficiency
- Solid professional experience as a Product Designer with strong UX and UI background
- End‑to‑end digital product design experience from discovery to handoff
- Proficiency in Figma
- Ability to create user flows, wireframes, low‑, medium‑ and high‑fidelity prototypes
- Experience with Design Systems, guidelines and interface standards
- Experience planning and conducting usability tests and A/B tests
- Data‑driven mindset with ability to use insights for design decisions
- Experience working in multidisciplinary, agile teams
- Excellent verbal and visual communication skills
- Ability to manage stakeholders, conflicting priorities and tight deadlines
- Proactive, dynamic, collaborative attitude with strong sense of ownership
