Senior Airfield Civil Engineer & Design Manager

Lead and manage aviation and airfield design efforts across project stages, coordinating stakeholders and ensuring deliverables meet project requirements, budgets, and schedules. Guide design teams, present design solutions, review submittals, and occasionally inspect construction to verify compliance with the design.

Requirements

• Requires a bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related field, 8–12 years of relevant experience, and a Texas Professional Engineer license or the ability to obtain one through reciprocity within three months of hire. Candidates need aviation design and construction leadership experience, knowledge of FAA standards and airside and landside design, AutoCAD and Civil 3D experience, strong communication and leadership skills, and the ability to work from Houston, San Antonio, or Austin and travel among those cities.
