- Requires foundational product and interaction design knowledge, hands-on experience through coursework, projects, internships, or equivalent work, and the ability to communicate design decisions clearly. Candidates should collaborate across disciplines and attend to accessibility, consistency, and user needs; a portfolio and exposure to research, testing, design systems, or responsive patterns are preferred.
