Lead user-centered design for complex mobile experiences that improve bus and subway rider experiences, and develop and maintain design systems and style guides across digital platforms. Partner with research, product, engineering, creative teams, and stakeholders to apply user insights, present design findings, document UX practices, and improve quality through testing.
Responsibilities
- Lead user-centered design for complex mobile experiences that improve bus and subway rider experiences, and develop and maintain design systems and style guides across digital platforms. Partner with research, product, engineering, creative teams, and stakeholders to apply user insights, present design findings, document UX practices, and improve quality through testing.
Requirements
- Requires at least eight years of UX design experience, including mobile applications and leadership of UX for complex digital products, along with experience in Agile environments and design systems. Also requires substantial experience in stakeholder communication, leadership, and UI design, plus strong visual design skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage complex requirements; transportation and accessibility experience are desirable.
