Requirements
- Requires an undergraduate degree in Toy Design, Industrial Design, or a related creative discipline, along with professional toy or consumer-products design experience, particularly in outdoor, seasonal, or water play. Candidates should demonstrate strong sketching and prototyping, advanced Adobe Creative Suite skills, knowledge of child-focused play patterns and safety, manufacturing expertise, and a portfolio showing end-to-end product development.
