Senior Product Designer, Growth and Conversion

Lead end-to-end product and campaign design, translating business requirements into audience-focused experiences and contributing to scalable design systems and Figma libraries. Collaborate with researchers, product managers, developers, and other partners to conduct research, prototype and refine products, and facilitate design-thinking sessions that support audience engagement, retention, and contributions.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end product and campaign design, translating business requirements into audience-focused experiences and contributing to scalable design systems and Figma libraries. Collaborate with researchers, product managers, developers, and other partners to conduct research, prototype and refine products, and facilitate design-thinking sessions that support audience engagement, retention, and contributions.

Requirements

• Requires at least seven years of product design experience, including two to three years of retention-focused work, and a record of simplifying complex offerings into intuitive experiences that improve retention and conversion. Candidates should have expertise in scalable interface patterns, multi-platform design, design systems, research, prototyping, design thinking, and agile methods; a bachelor’s degree in HCI, Digital Media, or a similar field is preferred but not required.
