- Lead hands-on product design for App 2.0 from concept through implementation, creating responsive, accessible experiences and establishing the supporting design system. Partner with customers and cross-functional teams to validate design decisions, and develop AI-enabled design practices and workflows that improve design capacity and consistency.
Requirements
- Candidates should have significant experience leading end-to-end design for complex digital products and establishing or evolving design systems, with strong interaction, visual, information architecture, and prototyping skills. They should be proficient with modern design tools, apply WCAG accessibility principles, have experience using AI in design, and be able to work autonomously and collaboratively using evidence to guide decisions.
