Design and prototype human-centered hiring workflows for candidates and recruiters, including AI-assisted screening, scheduling, and recommendations. Collaborate with product, engineering, and research partners to use customer insights, communicate design decisions, and improve consistent design patterns.
Responsibilities
- Deliver design solutions for hiring workflows from research synthesis to interactive prototypes
- Partner with engineering and product management to execute and deliver products using an iterative design process
- Incorporate technology stack capabilities and constraints into designs
- Design AIâassisted highâvolume hiring surfaces and make system actions legible
- Create trustâbuilding interactions for recruiters and candidates
- Synthesize qualitative and quantitative data to inform featureâlevel decisions
- Communicate design rationale and outcomes to stakeholders
- Present and critique work in crossâteam reviews
- Apply and extend established UX techniques, templates, and assets
Requirements
- 1+ years of design experience
