Requirements
- Requires 5+ years of full-time UX or interaction design experience for digital or web-based products; in-house design experience is preferred. Candidates should be able to lead discovery and ideation, craft sophisticated customer journeys and system-level solutions, translate research and quantitative insights into design decisions, and communicate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
