Product Designer - Las Condes (Presencial) [103267]

Design digital products that create value for internal and external users, contributing throughout the product lifecycle from research and problem definition to implementation, measurement, and continuous improvement. Conduct user research and usability testing, translate findings into design decisions and prototypes, maintain a scalable design system, collaborate with product and development teams, and use adoption metrics to prioritize iterations.

Responsibilities

• Design digital products that create value for internal and external users, from research and problem definition through implementation, measurement, and continuous improvement
• Conduct user interviews, usability tests, and research with real users
• Translate findings into design decisions, prototypes, and concrete improvements
• Create and maintain a coherent, scalable design system
• Collaborate with Product Manager, technical lead, and development team throughout the product lifecycle
• Analyze usage and adoption metrics to prioritize new iterations

Requirements

• Degree in Graphic, Industrial, Audiovisual Design or Marketing Engineering (required)
• Minimum 4 years of digital design experience and 2 years as a full‑cycle Product Designer (required)
• Experience conducting user research and usability testing (required)
• Proficiency with Figma or equivalent design and prototyping tool (required)
• Ability to use usability and digital analytics tools, including Google Analytics (required)
• Experience with B2B products, membership portals, self‑service portals, or conversational assistants (desired)
• Familiarity with AI tools applied to design and product (desired)
• Strong strategic thinking, autonomy, and user‑centered mindset
