Senior UI/UX Designer II

Lead end-to-end UX research and design for websites and applications, including evaluating existing systems, creating wireframes and high-fidelity mockups, and delivering accessible, intuitive solutions. Coordinate design work across multiple clients and projects, collaborate with federal clients and engineers, develop scalable design resources, and mentor junior designers.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX research and design for websites and applications, including evaluating existing systems, creating wireframes and high-fidelity mockups, and delivering accessible, intuitive solutions. Coordinate design work across multiple clients and projects, collaborate with federal clients and engineers, develop scalable design resources, and mentor junior designers.
Requirements
- Requires a bachelorâs degree, the ability to obtain a Public Trust, and 10 or more years of professional design experience, along with a strong portfolio and expertise in user research, user-centered design, and web and mobile application design. Candidates should have advanced HTML, CSS, and JavaScript knowledge; proficiency with Adobe XD, InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop; and experience with accessibility standards, design delivery, and mentoring.
