Design and improve user experiences across ServiceNow modules, portals, workspaces, and related interfaces, using research, prototypes, and reusable design components. Collaborate with stakeholders and developers to deliver accessible, technically feasible designs, support implementation and training, and maintain UX documentation.

Collaborate with stakeholders and developers to deliver accessible, technically feasible designs, support implementation and training, and maintain UX documentation.
Requirements
- Candidates need at least five years of enterprise UI/UX design experience and four years of hands-on ServiceNow design experience, along with knowledge of user-centered design methods and strong communication skills. A bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience is required; ServiceNow CSA/CAD certifications and Agile/Scrum experience are highly desired.
