Product Innovation & Design Manager

Develop and prototype new consumer products, including researching customer needs, creating concepts and packaging briefs, and sourcing and managing suppliers. Coordinate launches from approved concept through production readiness, support demand forecasting, and analyze launch performance and feedback to improve products.

Coordinate launches from approved concept through production readiness, support demand forecasting, and analyze launch performance and feedback to improve products.

Requirements

• Candidates should have 3–4 or more years of experience in design and innovation, new product development, or a related field, preferably in CPG, food, beverage, or ecommerce. Experience across the physical product lifecycle and comfort with Excel or Google Sheets and data analysis are expected; a related bachelor’s degree is preferred.
